PROS. MA. YVETTE TAMAYO-CORONEL

Atty. Tamayo-Coronel is a State Prosecutor who was previously designated as the Deputy Executive Director of the Inter-Agency Council Against Trafficking (IACAT) Secretariat. She joined the Department of Justice in 2012 and became deeply involved in the IACAT Secretariat’s strategic management and special operations through advocacy work and counter-trafficking policy development.

She is an alumna of the United States International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP), UNITAR CIFAL Jeju, and JICA UNAFEI. Currently, she is a member of the DOJ Task Force on Women and Children and Anti-Trafficking in Persons, where she actively contributes to the investigation and prosecution of human trafficking cases and related offenses.
