ATTY. NEIL ANTHONY S. BORJA

Atty. Niel is a licensed attorney in the Philippines with a Master of Laws degree in Government, Public Advocacy, and Judging from the University of the Philippines, College of Law and a Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo Law School. He is currently engaged in criminal litigation practice with his father, seasoned practitioner, Atty. Nelson B. Borja.

Atty. Niel is also a faculty member of the University of the Philippines, College of Law and Adamson College of Law, teaching Criminal Law 1 and 2 and Private International Law.

Before entering private practice and the academe, Atty. Niel served as a law clerk of now retired Justice Estela M. Perlas-Bernabe of the Supreme Court. As part of his advocacy for legal education, he likewise served as a bar examinations mentor for Jurists Bar Review Center and became a member of the Pioneer Winter Batch of The Hague Academy for International Law in The Hague, Netherlands.

During his free time, Atty. Niel writes articles for various online and newspaper publications.
