Assistant Ombudsman And Acting Deputy Special Prosecutor

She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration, Cum Laude, from the University of the Philippines, Diliman. As a working student, she completed her Bachelor of Laws degree at the Adamson University in 2006 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2007. In 2009, she earned her Masters in Government Management from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, and in 2017, her Master of Laws degree at the San Beda Graduate School of Law.

Prior to her appointment as Assistant Ombudsman at the Office of the Ombudsman in 2011, our speaker had the opportunity to work for all three branches of government in her more than two decades in the government service:

She was conferred Foreign Service Officer Eligibility and eventually appointed by then President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo as Foreign Service Officer in March 2010. In 2016, she was conferred the Career Executive Service Officers’ or CESO Eligibility.

She has been a member of the Adamson University College of Law faculty since 2009, and of the New Era University College of Law since 2012, handling subjects such as Administrative Law, Law on Public Officers, Labor Law, Public International Law, Corporate Law, Evidence and Civil Procedure, and has been a lecturer for the MCLE since 2016.
