This course is divided into three subtopics: (a) preparing the complaint, (b) filing the complaint, and (c) resolving the complaint.
The first part involves essential aspects of writing a complaint and authenticating relevant evidence.
The second part reviews pertinent laws relative to their advantages and disadvantages in supporting the filing of OSEC cases.
The last part discusses how prosecutors resolve an OSEC complaint, appreciate police evidence, and prepare the Information.
