What is ACCESS Online Synchronous?

ACCESS Online Synchronous is an approved MCLE activity conducted online via a teleconferencing application where the lecturer and participants are present at the same time.

This is different from the online on-demand program.

What application does ACCESS use for ACCESS Online Synchronous?

ACCESS is using Zoom, a cloud-based video communications application that allows you to set up virtual video and audio conferencing, webinars, live chats, screen-sharing, and other collaborative capabilities. You have to download the app on your device and create an account.

When will I receive the zoom meeting link?

The zoom meeting link is usually sent to the participants who have availed the synchronous online mcle lecture series 3 days before the actual seminar. Guidelines will be sent as well.

What are the modes of payments?

What are the inclusions for ACCESS Online Synchronous?

  • Certificate of Attendance (upon request)
  • Processing of Attorney’s MCLE Compliance Report
  • Securing and delivery of the Certificate of Compliance to preferred address

  • Free virtual background

When and how will I receive my certificate of compliance?

Your certificate of compliance will be processed and secured upon the completion of your 24- or 36-unit courses that you availed with ACCESS.

You can receive via delivery/courier to your preferred mailing address (Philippines address only) within 4 months after the completion of above-stated bundles depending on the MCLE office’s schedules and work set-up.

What device do I need to use for the ACCESS Online Synchronous?

You can use your desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphones. Make sure to have a reliable wifi or mobile data connection.

Can I download the lecture materials?

The lecture materials are available for download via g-drive for participants who availed the synchronous online mcle program. We will share the file/s 3 days before to your registered email address so you can access/review the copy/ies ahead.

What should I do when I encounter technical difficulties or net issues?

Securing a stable connection and ensuring proper technical setup are responsibilities of a participant. There is an expectation that the participant has checked these prior to the start of the lecture. In case of technical difficulties or net issues, you will be given 15 minutes only to reconnect. Otherwise, we will submit a report to the MCLE office for the list of lawyers not visible for more than 15 minutes for the deduction of equivalent units.

Can I join the succeeding lecture series for the missed sessions?

Yes, our schedules are mirrored on a per day basis. You can cross-register with other lecture series for free by informing us ahead of time (at least 1 week) of the preferred schedules. Otherwise, we will charge a cross-registration fee for the unarranged schedule.
