ABOUT THE COURSE
This course is a continuation of the discussion on the Philippine Anti-Trafficking Law. Specifically, this course will (1) identify the related laws that can be charged together with Trafficking in Persons (TIP), (2) explain the legal doctrines enunciated by the Supreme Court in its decisions relating to the interpretation of the anti-trafficking law, and (3) highlight the anti-trafficking initiatives happening within the region and around the world.
The discussion aims to provide better and deeper grasp of the provisions of the anti-trafficking law and explain how the law is implemented by various stakeholders.

Atty. Jedrick C. Ng
Atty. Jedrek C. Ng is an accomplished litigator who secured numerous criminal convictions in court. He was an Assistant City Prosecutor in the Department of Justice, City of Manila from 2010 to 2015. He then moved to Navarro Law Office as Senior Associate after his stint as a Consultant in UNICEF. Currently, he works as a Senior Associate at DIVINALAW.
