ATTY. LEAH JOSE-SEBASTIAN

She is a graduate of UP Law (Class 1993), has been in active practice for 26 years now. She has had 12 years of litigation experience, 6 years of law firm practice, and 18 years of experience in major in-house legal roles, including as Legal Director of United Laboratories, General Counsel of Unilever Philippines, Inc., and General Counsel – Supply Chain SEAA (Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand) and Global Procurement (for Commodities and Food Ingredients portfolio) of the Unilever Group.

Currently, she is in private practice.  She teaches Competition Law in University of Asia and the Pacific, Competition Law and Corporation Law in Lyceum Philippines University (LPU) College of Law,  and Consumer Protection Law and Competition Law at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila.  She also lectures on Competition Law Compliance and Data Privacy to management teams and Board Directors of publicly listed corporations as part of their Corporate Governance training.
